Bruntons Propellers Limited offers a comprehensive reconditioning service for your Autoprop, restoring it to excellent working condition whether the damage is due to normal wear and tear, corrosion, or blade damage.

Autoprops require regular greasing every year. Over several seasons, bearings and seals naturally wear and need replacement. Bruntons can replace worn parts across all Autoprop models in their range.

H5 and APS Upgrades: For H5 and APS models, the company can machine new bearing tracks using needle bearings, this will reduce play and significantly extend the lifespan of the bearings and hub tracks.

Refinishing: We also ensure that reconditioning process includes a bumble finish to the blades and hub. Your reconditioned propeller will look like new again as all the parts that wear out are replaced.

How To Send In Your Propeller?

Fill out the reconditioning and repair form. When you are issued with an RMA number please place this on the shipping label when sending back your propeller. Please ensure that you send us the entire propeller, including the nut. As soon as it arrives at our works we will inspect it and come back to you with our quotation for a full refurbishment.
